TERMS OF TRADE

One “obligation free” quote is provided for all inquiries at no charge within a 20km radius of Rotorua CBD. Outer areas may incur a charge, POA. Subsequent quotes for the same fence are charged at $50.00 + GST per additional quote.
All quotes provided are subject to a clear site, no obstacles, with boundary pegs identified. Site preparation charges are additional and are not included unless requested/agreed upon and otherwise stated on the quote.
If a quote relates to a boundary fence, then the Client whom ordered the works will be entirely responsible for the payment of the invoice for the total fence in full to Steve Williams Fencing, the recovery of the half share will be between the client and the other boundary owner. Steve Williams Fencing holds no responsibility in dealing with the third party.
All pipes, phone lines, cables etc are to be marked or location notified by the Client before work commences, all care will be taken, however, no responsibility will be accepted for damage to these (ie Power, spark, water etc).
Occasionally unforeseen additional expenses associated with the job may arise and will be discussed with the Client as soon as possible. The Client will be liable for these costs; this also applies to any additional works and/or materials requested by the Client after original quotes have been accepted.
Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% from the date the invoice became overdue and every month thereafter until paid in full. Until payment in full has been made, all materials will remain the property of Steve Williams Fencing. All costs and expenses associated with debt collection for overdue accounts are payable by the customer, including fees resulting from the use of Debt resolution/collection services which may be used in retrieval of such debt.
Payment Terms: Payment due 7 days following date of Invoice. We accept payment by Cash, Direct Credit or Cheque. In some cases, a percentage deposit, booking fee or stage payment may be requested.
